Tile roofing

Concrete, clay and sandcast tile — new installs, repairs, and the job Arizona actually needs most: lifting sound tile, replacing the worn underlayment beneath it, and relaying the same roof to run for decades more.

Chad & Kathy's company

Allstate Roofing was established in 2001 by Chad and Kathy Thomas, and it still runs the way a family company should: the owner comes out for the estimate, walks the job before the crew starts, and answers for the result. Read the reviews below — Chad's name is in half of them.

“Allstate Roofing did an amazing job! Chad and his crew were professional, punctual and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The materials they used were top-notch and the pricing was very fair for the quality of work.”

Jeff Mylan · Google review

“Had my roof replaced by Chad and team after some storm damage. Allstate worked with my insurance adjuster to obtain authorization before starting — something none of the other roofers offered to do. Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly… Five years later the roof has held up great.”

La Chola B · Google review

Nelson, the project manager, and the crew were true professionals — they completed the job quickly, smoothly, and cleaned up after every day. They do quality work and are honest. Straight answers

Questions we hear every week

Do you work in Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria and the rest of the Valley?

Yes. From offices in Phoenix, Peoria and Glendale we serve Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun City and Surprise.

What kinds of roofs do you install and repair?

Concrete, clay and sandcast tile, asphalt shingle, foam and coating systems, and flat roofs — installation, repair, re-roofing, maintenance programs and inspections, for homes and multi-unit residential.

My tile roof is leaking — does the whole roof need replacing?

Often not. On most Arizona tile roofs the tile outlives the underlayment beneath it. If the tile is sound we lift it, replace the underlayment and flashings, and relay the same tile — the fix matches the actual failure.

How does a foam roof stay serviceable?

By recoating on schedule. A maintained elastomeric surface stays sealed and reflective, and recoating costs far less than letting the system degrade to replacement.

Is Allstate Roofing licensed?

Yes — Arizona ROC 165235, CR-42 Roofing, active; qualifying party Chad William Thomas. Verify it yourself at the Registrar of Contractors.

Who will actually run my job?

The family that owns the company. Established in 2001 by Chad and Kathy Thomas — and customers' reviews repeatedly describe Chad coming out personally for the estimate and the walkthrough.

Can you help with an insurance claim after storm damage?

Yes. Customers describe us working directly with their insurance adjuster to get authorization before work starts, then matching materials to the existing roof.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Tell us what the roof is doing and we'll come out, inspect it, and give you a written scope and price — free, no obligation.
